General Users Guide for our Online Reservation System.
Updated as at 12.2.2008.
Objectives :
To allow Members / Agents to book and confirm bookings on-line instantly wherever possible with the latest products and promotions. ( for agents , please request for special notes on how to utilize the online booking engine)
To allow Members / Agents to view and manage bookings on-line through booking status.
To improve on the efficiency and response times for both partners and supplier reservation team.
The on-line booking system is just an additional tool where the proper confirmations, amendments, cancellations and any other issues which are not supported through the on-line booking system currently will have to be communicated through email as usual. However, we will embark on the continuous effort to provide the more comprehensive system.
Important note:
All the booking that you are doing will be captured by our system and we will be processed.
Only 'Agents' are able to use our shopping cart feature.
New users / members are recommended to registered with us in order to get our latest products & promotion up-dates!

SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKE A LIVE ON-LINE BOOKING
1) Log-in to our on-line travel reservation website.
If you are registered Member, kindly proceed to the Member Zone with your Username and Password.
If you are registered Agent, kindly proceed to the Agent Zone with the given User ID and Password.
2) Select the required products/services at the ‘Instant Online Reservation’ box
Tips:
Fast Searching
For Hotel & Apartment - just indicate Destination & Search
For Tour & Transfer – just indicate Tour Departing Location, Tour Category, Nationality & Search
For Package - just indicate Package Destination, Category, Nationality & Search
3) i.e (Hotel Booking)
Upon selection, you may come to the products/services listing pages. Select for your preferable products, services & click the ‘Book’ button
4) Then, you may come to the individual product. Select your:
Check-in, Check-out dates
Click the ‘Book’ button.
5) Next, you may come to the selection for room category listing. Select your:
Room Type Category
No. of room
Click for the ‘Book’ button.
6) After that you may come to the Hotel Reservation booking form.
Fill in the Traveler Information
Remarks (If applicable - For any additional services such as Extra Bed, Extra B’fast)
Arrival & Departure Details (If applicable)
Select the right payment mode.
Check the Terms & Conditions box
Click Book
7) Once your booking has been submitted into our system, you may get the Booking ID for your reference as well as the auto messaging email of notification.
8) You may end this booking process by click at ‘Home’
9) To view your booking history, click at the ‘Booking Records’ link. You may check this page from time to time to know about the up-dates status of your booking.
Shopping Cart
10) You may proceed to add additional services to your booking in the shopping cart field.
Attention:
i) Only registered Agent are able to view & use our Shopping Cart feature.
ii) Please use shopping cart field/box to add a new service to the same booking.
iii) Selecting the products/services which are outside from the shopping cart area will generate a separate/different Booking ID.
