Only ONE PIECE of check-in luggage will be accepted on board on land transfer due to the limited luggage space. Extra luggage is subject to space availability, otherwise guests' have to own arrangement and pay directly for the extra cost incurred.

Prior arrangements will have to be made for over sized luggage or carton boxes, which would be charged to your own accounts.

Please note that airline luggage allowance is only between 15- 20kg per person excess/overweight luggage are subject to be charged by airline. (Depending on Respective airlines).

You may double check or reconfirm your flight departure directly with the airlines as Airlines will need your details to verify the traveler to avoid any miscommunication.

All passengers are required to check in about two hours before departure. Please be punctual for any transfers. Any delays would be at your own risk. Any missed transfers will not be replaced.
Waiting Time:

Arrival - Maximum waiting time at the airport will be 1 hour upon flight touch down, any delayed passenger/guest will have to pay on their own transfer services.

Tours - Maximum waiting time for tours will be 5 minutes from the stated pick-up time, any delayed guest(s) will have to pay for their own transfer services.

Please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure & tour pick up. No alternative arrangements are made for missed transfer.

All transfer / tours - pick up time might be subject to delays due to unforeseen traffic conditions or a delay by some other guests (if on joint basis tours / transfers ) .

1. Upon arrival at the airport, you MUST look for placard with your name. DO NOT follow any strangers unless they can identify your name and flight information or travel details. NEVER allow them to call us on your behalf. ALWAYS call us PERSONALLY.
We are not responsible for any payments made directly unless we have authorized you at
the agreed amount and kindly ensure you get a RECEIPT with the contact details and vehicle
number. Please bring along your passport at all times for any necessary identification.
2. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure & tour pick up. The transfer will
not wait for more than 5 minutes as there are no alternative arrangements for any missed transfer. All
transfers or tours pick up time might be subject to delay due to the unforeseen traffic conditions
or delay by some other guests (if on joint basis tours or transfers).
3. Standard check-out time is 1100-1200hrs. Hotel reserves the right to impose late check-out charge
after 1200hrs. Standard check-in time is between 1400-1600hrs, early check-in is subject
to additional charges.
Hotels may allow early check- in if rooms are available but not guaranteed. Guest have to
inform hotel front office for any intention to late check out. Any extra charges /
surcharges should be paid directly by guest to hotel.
4. NO REFUND is given for those who do not show up at any accommodation, tours, or to any unused
portions of their tour package.
5. All visitors must apply their own visa before entering another country if applicable.
Please Double check with your local agents if you are not sure. Indian nationals from Chennai must apply Visa in advance as no visa upon arrival is allowed.
6. For any extension of stays or changes in flight information, please contact us at least 48 hours in
advance to avoid any problems.
Hotel Deposits
Please take note that every hotel may collect miscellaneous charges such as hotel deposit which is normally equivalent to 1 night stay. If you have utilized any services from the hotel,the respective hotel will deduct from your refundable deposit. No changes are allowed if less than 48 hours.
