Brief Itinerary:
- Day 01 - Pick up at Hotel / Airport -- Transfer to Cameron Highlands -- Check in at hotel -- Free At Leisure -- Overnight at Rosa Passadena Hotel or similar
- Day 02 - Breakfast at Hotel -- Proceed for your departure transfer
Package Does not Include:
- Any item not specifically mentioned in the "Tour Cost Includes"
- Visa or P.O.E charges
- All items and services of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, telephone calls, etc..
Important Notes:
- Rates are subject to change with or without prior notice
- All unutilized services are not refundable or exchangeable in cash
- Once booking is guaranteed, full or par cancellation charge will be applicable so deposit may be required to be paid in advance
- We reserved the right to substitute any hotels or services with or without prior notice which normally due to unforseen circumtances
- For guest on VISA upon arrival, it must be informed at least 48hrs in advance to us, driver will only report at airport 02 hours after flight touch down.
- All booking are subject to our general terms & conditions.
Waiting Time:
Arrival - Maximum waiting time at the airport will be 1 hour upon flight touch down, any delay pax will have to pay on their own for transfer services
Tours - Maximum waiting time for tours will be 5 minutes from the stated pick-up time, any delay pax will have to pay on their own for transfer services
Please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure & tour pick up. No alternative arrangements for missed transfer.
All transfers / tours - pick up time may subject to delay due to unforeseen traffic conditions or delay by some other guests if on joint private basis tours / transfers.
Important Notice:
Upon arrival at the airport, you MUST look for placard with your name. DO NOT follow any stranger unless they can identify your name and flight information / travel details. DO NOT allow them to call us on your behalf. ALWAYS make a call to us PERSONALLY.
We are not responsible for any payment made directly unless we authorized you at The Agreed amount and ensure you get a RECEIPT with the contact details and Vehicle number. Services of an English speaking guide
Check Out time is at 1100-1200hrs. Hotel reserves the right to impose late check our charges after 1200hrs. Standard Check In time is between 1400-1600hrs.
Check In is subject to additional charges. We recommend the guest to book 01 night earlier if they want early Check In.
All visitors must apply their own visa before entering another country if applicable. Please double check with your local agent if you are not sure. (Indian nationalist coming from Chennai must apply visa in advance, no visa upon arrival allowed).
For any extension of stay / change of flight information, please contact us 48 hours in advance.
Please note that every hotel's may collect the misellaneous charge (Hotel Deposit). This is refundable deposit which normally is about 01 night stay. If you have utilize any services from the hotel. The hotels will deduct from your refundable deposit.
Last minutes changes are allowed, but subject to first come first served basis with surcharges & cancellation charges wherever applicable.
Pre Departure Check-list
Only ONE PIECE of check-in luggage will be accepted on board on land transfer due to limited luggage space. Extra luggage is subject to space availability, otherwise guests have to make their own arrangement and pay directly for extra cost incurred.
Prior arrangements will have to be made for oversized luggage or carton boxes, which would be charged to your accounts. Check all your flight and travel documents before leaving your home.
Please note that airline luggage allowance is between 15-20kg per person. Excess / overweight luggage are subject to be charged by airline. (Depending on respective airlines).
You may double check / reconfirm your flight departure directly with the airlines as Airlines will need your details to verify the traveler to avoid any miscommunication.
All passengers are required to check in about two hours before departure . Please be punctual for transfer. Any delay would be at your own risk. Any missed transfer will not be replaced.
